2024 Fall Festival Recap
Check out the incredible things we were able to accomplish in the 2024-2025 School Year, all thanks to community support!
The 2024 Blue Ridge PTO Fall Festival was the most successful in our school's 50-year history, raising an incredible $18,500 to benefit our students and community. Thanks to our partnerships, we were also able to give back beyond our own campus, donating 10% ($1,850) specifically to Hurricane Helene relief in WNC through Samaritan's Purse. This year, we're proud to continue our tradition of giving by donating 10% of our proceeds to Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry in Cashiers, which serves local families right here in our community.
Your support made a real difference for the 2024-25 school year. Here are just a few of our accomplishments:
Hosted a whole week of teacher appreciation events and provided a welcome breakfast for teachers and staff at the start of the 2025-26 school year.
Purchased caps and gowns for the Senior class (21 students). This year, we are buying Senior caps and gowns, as well as their diplomas!
Helped fund educational field trips to the Biltmore Estate for the King Tut Exhibit and Charleston, SC. So far this year, we are funding an experiential learning trip to Dollywood, where 3rd and 4th-graders will visit Craftsman's Valley. Here, they will learn more about Appalachian heritage from artisans who continue performing the same jobs that were so vital in the late 1800s.
Sponsored events like the Community Health Fair, Homecoming, Christmas Parade floats, and an end-of-year Field Day - complete with inflatables, waterslide, and Kona Ice.
Organized a campus clean-up day/weekend, refreshing our school inside and out by cleaning, pressure washing, painting, and adding new landscaping.
Moments like these were all made possible because of our Fall Festival donors. Your generosity continues to shape the experiences of our Blue Ridge family, Pre-K through High School, and we're so grateful for our partnership. We hope you'll join us again this year as we build on that success and continue making Blue Ridge a place where everyone feels supported and inspired.
